The Crane-ival is Coming to TownThis image has a special place in my heart as it is the first image ever purchased from me, and as such helped to embolden me to a point where I could start saying that I am an artist of sorts. The buyer was my good friend Hank Shrier to whom I am eternally grateful. The print displays a horde of cranes advancing on one of Jerusalem's landmarks - the YMCA building. I chose this building to represent Jerusalem because of its history: It was built in the 1920's during the British mandate in Israel (then Palestine). "Sic Transit Gloria Mundi..."
