Colorful CranesAnother dalliance into the realms of Op-Art. This image was first created as a gift for designer Daniel Rosenthal whom I had the privilege of teaching with at the HIT. Daniel is a great guy and we hit of right at the start. The final exercise we gave our students was called "The sweetness after". Every student was required to prepare a gift for someone in the class and Daniel and I also exchanged gifts. I got from Daniel a splendid ink miniature that he drew of a house that reminds me a little of Frank Lloyd Wright's "Running Waters". Limited Edition720 numbered and signed prints |
